Bevölkerungszahl: temporäre Bevölkerung, Personal rotiert regelmäßig, Volunteers ca. alle 6 Monate (April/Oktober bzw. März-September)[1], einige thailändische Kontraktarbeiter sind Langzeitbewohner (10 Jahre und länger)[2]: (F 2018[3]) ca. 50 Bewohner, davon 4 Angestellte sowie 1-4 Volunteers der US-Tierschutzbehörde (Service staff), ~37 meist thailändische Kontraktarbeiter (base operations staff) von Chugach Management zur Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur, 4 Angestellte der US-Luftfahrtbehörde [Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)] (FAA airport staff) sowie eine variable Anzahl an Wissenschaftlern (research scientists)
